These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dentyx software-as-a-service ("Service"), operated by Dentyx ("we", "our", "us").
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Dentyx provides an artificial intelligence–powered speech-to-text service designed for dental professionals to create and manage clinical notes. We may enhance, update, or modify features at our discretion.
Custom terms may apply to enterprise-level agreements. In the event of conflict, the enterprise contract shall prevail over these Terms.
You acknowledge that, in respect of any patient data processed via the Service, you act as Data Controller and Dentyx acts as Data Processor, within the meaning of the UK GDPR.
We will process such data only on your documented instructions and will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure security and confidentiality.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Payments already made are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time. Payments already made for the annual term are non-refundable. Cancelling will prevent renewal at the end of the current term.
No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided.
Important Notice
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your subscription by cancelling in your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
